How to get my university of phoenix transcript?


If you are a university of phoenix student and need your transcript, you may be wondering how to get it. Transcripts can be requested in a few different ways, depending on what is most convenient for you. You can request a transcript online, by mail, or in person. UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX TRANSCRIPTS

If you need your University of Phoenix transcript, you can request it online, by mail, or in person.

ONLINE:

To request your transcript online, go to the University of Phoenix website and log in to your student portal. Once you are logged in, click on the “Student Records” tab and then select “Request Transcripts.” From there, you will be able to fill out the online form and submit your request. Please note that there is a $7 fee for this service.

BY MAIL:

You can also request your transcript by mail by downloading and filling out the Transcript Request Form on the University of Phoenix website. Once you have completed the form, send it along with a $7 check or money order (made out to University of Phoenix) to the address listed on the form. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

IN PERSON:

If you would prefer to request your transcript in person, you can do so by visiting the Student Records office on the University of Phoenix campus. There is no fee for this service.

Important details

  • A transcript fee of $15.00 (plus applicable state tax) per official transcript is required. This fee is payable only by credit/debit card
  • Before ordering your official transcript, review your unofficial transcript on your student portal to make sure all coursework and grades have been posted to your record.
  • Please be aware that once your transcript request has been submitted, it is final. No refunds will be issued for rush deliveries or official transcript fees.
  • Former Students of Western International University (WIU):
  • University of Phoenix is the custodian of official student records for WIU. To request your WIU transcripts, please visit www.west.edu.

Will my transcript show that i have my degree?

Yes, if your degree was added to your student record on or before the date your official transcript was printed, it will appear on your transcript.

Do i need to submit a separate transcript request for each school i am applying to?

In most cases, yes. However, some schools have partnered with University of Phoenix to receive electronic transcripts. When making your transcript request, you will be given the option to select “send electronically” if the school is on our list. If you are unsure whether or not a particular school accepts electronic transcripts, please contact them directly.

What is the turnaround time for receiving my transcript?

For standard (mailed) requests, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. For rush (delivered) requests, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Please note that there may be delays during peak periods.

What is the cost of ordering a transcript?

There is a $7 fee for standard (mailed) transcripts and a $15 fee for rush (delivered) transcripts. This fee is payable only by credit/debit card.
